Ralph is a results-driven Corporate Sales/General Manager with a proven record in the establishment and surpassing of revenue and business objectives within the Technology Sector. Ralph has extensive experience in both 'start-up' and established operations in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Asavie, Ralph held positions with Baltimore Technologies and Mentec International Limited.
A 18 year industry veteran, Tom has managed engineering teams consistently delivering data/telecommunication and security products on-time and in-budget for industry leaders such as Baltimore Technologies, AT&T Network Systems/Lucent, Eicon Technology and AEP Systems. Tom received a B.A. Mod (Hons), Computer Science in 1989, a M.Sc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University in 1996 and a MBA from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD, in 2000.
Ray founded WRI in 1999 when he identified an opportunity to introduce online bookings to the hostel industry, a sector which had previously been ignored by mainstream online travel companies. As CEO, Ray grew Hostelworld.com to become a leading brand in the online travel space. A serial I.T. entrepreneur, Ray has been instrumental in the success of a number of companies in the Irish technology sector. He founded Raven Computing (subsequently Coretime Ltd) in 1989 to develop bespoke software solutions for the legal, and hospitality sectors, before subsequently developing a leading time and billing management system. He sold Coretime Ltd, to Sage in 2004. Awards for Ray include Ernst and Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the year 2003, and IIA Net Visionary 2006.
NewBay Software was founded by Paddy Holahan in 2002 and has rapidly grown to become the leader in digital lifestyle solutions for operators. NewBay Software employs over 250 people worldwide. It's customers include T-Mobile, Telefonica/O2, France Telecom/Orange, AT&T, Vodafone, LG, Alltel and Telstra. Prior to founding NewBay, Paddy was executive vice president of Marketing and Product Management at Baltimore Technologies. Having joined Baltimore Technologies in 1996, he was a key member of the executive management team that rapidly grew the company, organically and through acquisitions, to become a public company valued at over $10bn. Previous to this, Paddy was co-founder and CEO of East Coast Software, a private software company specialising in PC utility software. Paddy is an active angel investor and has been non-executive director and advisor to numerous technology companies. He received a first-class honours degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 1987 and in 2008 graduated from the Leadership for Growth programme at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Paul is responsible for Asavie's business in the UK having previously held senior sales positions at AEP Networks, Baltimore Technologies and Fischer International.
Emma holds an MSc in International Business from Trinity College, Dublin and has extensive experience in international markets having previously worked with Idiro technologies, Enterprise Ireland and Bowne Global Solutions.
Dylan has held senior technical and business roles in Vodafone and is responsible for Asavie's activities in North America.
