Solutions Executive - North America

Asavie require a technical Solutions Executive as part of the North American operator business development and support team. The role involves interacting with operator partners at all stages of the business development process from initial contact through to account management in relation to all technical aspects of the AccessMyLan service. As well as having a strong background in networking and security, the successful candidate will have extensive experience of value-added service delivery in an operator environment.

Skills Profile

  • 5+ years experience in a technical sales role
  • Fist hand experience of mobile/fixed-line operator business processes
  • Knowledge of VPN and Remote Access solution market

Solutions Engineer - Europe

Location: Various operator sites, Europe
Type: Full time permanent

Description

As an Asavie Solutions Engineer, the successful candidate will be placed on a 3-6 month assignments with operator partners in Europe to provide service launch assistance to the operator sales and technical teams. This role demands a motivated self-starter capable of addressing partner issues and also identifying  opportunities. This role role will require flexibility from the candidate to relocate as required to operator partner markets across Europe.

Skills Profile

  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language (preferably French/Spanish)
  • Technical knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routers and e-mail systems
  • Pre-sales technical support experience preferably gained in a large process-orientated organisation

Business Development Director - North America

Location: East Coast, United States

The Online Business Development Manager will have total responsibility for the development, delivery and optimisation of online customer and reseller acquisition campaigns and building the AccessMyLan online brand.

  • 5+ years experience in online sales environment with budgetary responsibility
